          Lou is a high school educator, Master Breathwork Instructor, and former military Psychological Examiner who helps overwhelmed individuals and communities move from stress and burnout to clarity, calm, and confidence.

          After 11 years working in military psychology with elite soldiers, Lou developed deep expertise in how the nervous system responds to pressure and high stress environments.

          Today she brings those same practical tools into everyday life through education, breathwork, and nervous system regulation strategies.
